Terms and conditions
Last updated: March 11, 2026
1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Service provider: Logo in Vector, established in the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce, hereinafter referred to as 'Logo in Vector'.
- Client: The natural or legal person who places an order with Logo in Vector.
- Order: The assignment to convert a logo or image into a vector file.
- Vector file: A digital file in vector format (e.g. AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) that is infinitely scalable without loss of quality.
- Website: logoinvector.com
2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Logo in Vector and to every agreement between Logo in Vector and the client.
By placing an order through the website, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
Deviations from these terms are only valid if expressly agreed upon in writing.
3. Offers and prices
All prices on the website are in euros and exclude VAT, unless stated otherwise. The applicable VAT is calculated based on the client's country of residence.
Logo in Vector reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Orders and agreements
An agreement is established when the client places an order through the website and the payment has been successfully processed.
The client is responsible for providing a clear source file (logo or image). In case of unclear or poor quality source files, Logo in Vector may contact the client for clarification.
Logo in Vector reserves the right to refuse an order if the provided material violates the law, public order or morality.
5. Payment
Payment is made in advance via the available payment methods on the website (including iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact). The order will only be processed after receipt of the full payment.
In case of non-payment, Logo in Vector reserves the right not to execute the order.
All payments are securely processed through our payment provider Mollie. Logo in Vector does not store payment details.
6. Delivery and delivery time
The standard delivery time is 24 hours on business days. For complex assignments, such as detailed illustrations, family crests or logos with many fine details, the delivery time is normally 48 hours.
In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be longer. The client will be informed of this in a timely manner. The stated delivery times are indicative and not a guarantee.
Delivery is digital. The client receives an email notification when the vector files are available for download via the dashboard.
The logo is vectorized according to the supplied original. The vector files in EPS, PDF and AI formats contain two additional layers: one with a cut contour and one with bleed. These layers are disabled by default so the original vector logo remains visible. Print shops, sign companies and other production partners can enable these layers to produce high-quality stickers and other printed materials.
When files are too large to be sent by email, an external download link is provided. This link is valid for 3 days after sending. If the client has an account, the link is also available in the customer dashboard for the same period.
7. Revisions and satisfaction guarantee
Logo in Vector strives for the complete satisfaction of the client. If the delivered result does not meet expectations, the client may request a free revision.
A refund is only possible when, after one or more rounds of revisions, there is truly no way to satisfy the client. A refund is considered a last resort and is assessed at the sole discretion of Logo in Vector.
There is no right to a refund when the delivered vector file is essentially the same as the provided source file. In that case, the result is a correct vectorization of the original and the assignment has been properly completed.
Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery via info@logoinvector.com.
8. Intellectual property
The client guarantees that they are the rightful owner of the provided source material, or are authorized to have this material edited. Logo in Vector is not liable for infringement of third-party intellectual property rights through the provided material.
After full payment and delivery, the client obtains the right to use the delivered vector files. Logo in Vector retains the right to use the work for portfolio purposes, unless the client objects to this in writing.
The client is not permitted to resell or make the delivered files available to third parties as a vector conversion service.
9. Liability
Logo in Vector is only liable for direct damage that is demonstrably the result of an attributable failure in the performance of the agreement. Liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
Logo in Vector is not liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage, lost profits, missed savings or damage to third parties. Logo in Vector is also not liable for damage resulting from force majeure.
10. Complaints
Complaints about the delivered service must be reported in writing as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after delivery, via info@logoinvector.com. Logo in Vector will handle the complaint as soon as possible, but within 14 days at the latest.
11. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure, Logo in Vector is not obliged to fulfill any obligation. Force majeure means: any circumstance beyond the control of Logo in Vector that wholly or partially prevents the fulfillment of obligations, including but not limited to internet disruptions, power outages, and disruptions at third-party service providers.
12. Changes to terms
Logo in Vector reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Modified terms apply to new orders from the moment of publication on the website. For ongoing agreements, the terms that were in effect at the time of concluding the agreement apply.
13. Applicable law and disputes
All agreements between Logo in Vector and the client are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will first be resolved through mutual consultation. If this does not lead to a solution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Logo in Vector is established.
14. File retention and deletion
Files uploaded by the client are automatically deleted from our servers 90 days after order completion.
Delivered vector files remain available for download for 2 years after order completion for clients with an account, and for 1 year for guest orders.
Invoices are retained for 7 years in accordance with Dutch tax legislation.
Clients are advised to download all files within the stated periods and store them safely. Logo in Vector is not liable for files that are no longer available after the retention period has expired.
